Group therapy differs from individual therapy by holding therapeutic sessions in a group setting run by a therapist instead of in a private one-on-one setting with a therapist. In these group sessions, patients share their thoughts and experiences with the whole group, allowing them to support one another while being supported by a group of people who understand what you’re going through.

DBT Skills Group
Do you want to live a more fulfilled life? Do emotions seem to overpower you and you struggle to manage them?
If so, you are in the right place. We are offering a DBT based skills group. DBT is an evidence-based skills treatment designed to improve: understanding and managing emotions, surviving crisis and intense emotions in a healthy way, improving assertiveness and boundary-setting, and improving ability to do mindfulness.

Sister Healing Circles
Inside this sister circle is where you’re allowed to simply be exactly as you are—tired, anxious, and all—in a community of like-minded women who uplift and support one another.
Because in a sister circle, your only job is to laugh, cry, vent, and soak up the sisterhood and support you need.
